Returns will be accepted within 10 business days from the date you have received the order.
PROCEDURE OF PRODUCT RETURN
Product Return via Post Office.
-Pack the product in order to be protected during the transfer. Your request for the product’s return will be processed by www.e-xantra.gr and the transport service will be asked to collect the product from the delivery address. We would like to point out that if the product does not satisfy the requirements that have been described above as “defective product”, will be returned to sender and the sender will be charged.
