Deliveries are made on working days (Monday – Friday) between 10.00-17.00 Within Greece with the transport company: General Post and Elta Courier while Outside Greece with the transport company: EMS Delivery on Saturday has an extra charge and you must ask us if you wish . In any way you choose to pay (cash on delivery, PayPal, transfer to a bank account) the shipping fee will be indicated on the final form of your order.
SHIPPING CHARGES
The products are shipped with the General Post and Elta Courier, they take 1-3 working days to reach you. The products will be sent to you at the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form unless reasons of force majeure (strikes, bad weather, etc.) do not allow us to deliver and we will have to get in touch to determine a new delivery date.
Shipping Times:
• Within Attica: 3-4 working days
• Rest of Greece: 3-4 working days
• Hard to reach areas: 3-4 working days
• Cyprus: 3-5 working days
• The cost of transport is 3.50 if the amount has been deposited in the bank or 5.00 together with the cash on delivery if you have chosen payment on delivery up to 2kg. For more than 2kg the cost is 1Euro per Kg.
THERE ARE NO EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES.
When the goods leave the warehouses of www.e-xantra.com, you will be sent an e-mail informing you that your order is on its way.
Shipments abroad and Cyprus Shipments abroad are made by post only in Bulgaria and in Cyprus by General Post at a cost of 14.50 Euro and 14 Euro up to 2Kg. Orders abroad are delivered by post with bank deposit or via paypal. When you place your order, an email containing order details is automatically returned to you. You don’t need to do anything else.
Note: For shipments outside of Greece, there may be additional charges from the local Post Office of the destination country, according to the policy of the respective post office of the country. We are not responsible for any such charge incurred by the recipient. For more details, please contact your local post office in your country.
